Explore the experiment

Brightfield previews use a z-median projection; FITC previews use a z-maximum projection. Corrected brightfield and FITC previews are shown where a source-matched pilot correction is available. Other fields show correction pending. Each preview is independently contrast-scaled. Mean values are measured from the original stack and include cells; they are not cell counts or background-only estimates. Overview images are 256 × 256 screening previews; detailed cell crops are the next pilot checkpoint.

Missing wells are not zero-cell wells. Focus status is unresolved until biological features and original z stacks have been reviewed. Fixed dust can remain sharp when the sample is out of focus.
